In this era of globalization everyone has had the awareness to find a way to supplement their income. Although they already have a job and a regular salary but they are still trying to get involved in entrepreneurship. They are aware of today's purchasing power is increasing. Total income can not cover the expenses of a little family. So, that is why today many entrepreneurs who exist in Malaysia. Strong interest and passion is the key success factors of an entrepreneur.

In my blogg, I will declare four figures a successful entrepreneur and is still currently active in Malaysia.

Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Shah bin Syed Nor Al-Bukhary.

Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Shah bin Syed Nor Al-Bukhary is a businessman and millionaire richest Malays in Malaysia. He is Chairman of the Foundation AlBukhary. In 2008, He was announced as Figure Maal Hijrah conjunction with Maal Hijrah 1429H national level at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). He habitually secretive and never been as Prominent Figures of Distinction 2009.

I want to tell you a little about the background Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary from the beginning he started in the business. He was born in 1952 in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. According to the Malaysian Business magazine he has property worth RM8.84 billion in 2005 became the seventh richest man in Malaysia in 2005 to 2011. According to Forbes magazine, he is the 32nd richest person in Southeast Asia, after Berjaya Corp chairman, Vincent Tan. The company has 67,700 workers. I chose her because I'm very proud of the enthusiasm shown by him. He started his business from the ground again. To achieve this level many failures that had gone through. However, with these failures he can successfully be like now. He considers the failure was a challenge and a lesson to him. After finishing school, Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhari help his father in the business of breeding cows but only to see the business go bankrupt due to foot and mouth disease. However, he took over the business and began to re-sell the meat. He went from town to town around Alor Setar to buy unsold meat. He then wrap the meat with ice and sell it back to Bumiputera businessmen and restaurants around Alor Setar. He was successful in that business. In 1972, he managed to get a permit for four lorries Class A. He received assistance loan of RM110,000 from the MARA he used to buy two lorries. Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar then use truck-lorry to start rice business. In 1975, he established the company to apply for a trading license Shah and rice from the National Rice Board which is now known as Bernas and managed to get a contract for the supply of rice to the FELDA, MARA Senama, and also Sergam Pernas Edar Sdn. Bhd., A subsidiary of Johor State Economic Development Corporation. After successfully with the Company Shah, he set up a joint venture with two Chinese businessmen, namely Ng Ghiak Gee and Chua Chong Tan. Ghiak Gee is rice traders while Chong Tan also rice millers.

After developing his business started from field to transport commodities, he then stepped to the manufacturing sector. This follows the success secured a contract to make military uniforms on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. The contract is to supply the army with 120,000 pairs of shoes and 330,000 pairs of uniforms. He then decided to set up two companies, namely Amtek Holdings for the manufacture of footwear and Oriental Garments Uniform Division for the manufacture of clothing.

Around the 80s, Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhari concentrate his efforts on areas that bring good luck to him to become a prominent figure among the natives of the richest in the country. Known business career began in the early 90s in Johor during Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin became the Chief Minister.   Dato'  Haji Ramly Bin Mokni

  Entrepreneurs are saying that both successful and is still active in Malaysia Dato 'Haji Ramly Bin Mokni. He as an entrepreneur western food in Malaysia.The company was founded in 1984 from a pure desire by owners, Dato' Haji Ramly Bin Mokni and Datin Hajjah Shala Siah Binti Abdul Manap to produce halal, clean and quality products.

RAMLY FOOD PROCESSING SDN BHD is a well-known Bumiputra-owned food-based manufacturer dealing in meat-based products such as beef, chicken and seafood.The company owns a processing plant located in SME Industrial Park, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur offering job opportunies in management, production to product marketing and distribution. RAMLY is now a household name in Malaysia and international markets.

The Ramly Burger, also known as the Burger Ramly, is a Malaysian street burger founded by Ramly Mokni through Pemasaran Ramly Mokni Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Though the term "Ramly Burger" may refer to any of the hamburgers sold in a Ramly Burger stall, it most commonly refers to the Ramly Burger Special. Fernandes managed to turn Air Asia, a failing government-linked commercial airline, into a highly successful budget airline public-listed company. He has since founded the Tune Group of companies.

He was also instrumental in lobbying the then-Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad  in mid-2003, to propose the idea of open skies agreements with neighbouring Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore. As a result, these nations have granted landing rights to Air Asia and other discount carriers.

Tan Sri Tony Fernandes has an identity that is admired by all Malaysians. Extraordinary success usually produced by someone who also has tremendous personal help in every step of the way. First and foremost is much enthusiasm for dealing with the need to encourage a person towards it. Inside Tony Fernandes, he was much influenced by his mother who was active in selling tupper ware to faraway places.
